Tehran is ready to restart atomic negotiations with Washington provided that it is approached with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat said only diplomacy produced results, and revealed new appeals had come from intermediaries to resume negotiations with the American leadership. He said Iran possessed no unreported enrichment locations, and Tehran could not yet permit the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect struck enrichment centers for protective measures.

Navigating a Complex Route

The foreign minister is navigating a complex route since Iran aims to avoid appear to be operating from a position of weakness, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had emerged more resilient defensively and emotionally from the joint assault on its enrichment centers in June.

He was speaking at a strategic meeting in Tehran where he reiterated that Iran had "a fundamental entitlement to refine atomic fuel within its borders that it will perpetually retain" – the key factor of the impasse in the prior discussions.

Previous Talks Suddenly Ended

The prior phases of talks between the US and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and hostile conclusion on 12 June when the Israeli government, with Washington's assistance, struck Iran's enrichment centers in a two-week conflict that concluded with the US president claiming the sites had been eliminated. Afterward, EU nations used their authority to reinstate international penalties, but Iran insists they have not had a significant effect.

Perfect Agreement Offered

Iranian officials stated they felt they had reached a "magic solution" to the nuclear fuel concern in earlier negotiations, when it was settled an Iran-based consortium with American involvement could enrich uranium. Both sides would have been able to declare success since home-based processing would have continued and the US could be assured that Iran's enrichment initiative was exclusively peaceful.

It had not been agreed in the discussions that American atomic experts could work on Iranian soil, but that was a reasonable assumption of the consortium proposal. Diplomats asserted three times they had reached agreement with Trump's special envoy the American negotiator only for the arrangement to collapse due to "spoilers in Washington".

Existing Position

Tehran representatives declared the cooperative arrangement was now off the table, but it seems highly likely the proposal could be resurrected in some form if talks restart.

The American leader in recent days stated he had been getting signals that Iran sought to restart talks, but in private Iran's diplomats state they are not yet receiving clear proposals from America either explicitly or from important Middle Eastern intermediaries, such as the Qatari government, the Egyptian leadership, Oman and the Saudi kingdom. The Iran's state department has been criticized of inactivity in the wake of Trump's direct instinctive approach, but Tehran says negotiations is not part of a show.

Diplomatic Standpoint

In his address to the gathering, aimed to paint the US as a controlling nation that misuses the idea of worldwide standards, Araghchi stated the two-week conflict revealed the clash could not be settled by armed force. He asserted the assaults began with a Washington's ultimatum for an unconditional Iranian surrender and concluded with an complete request for a ceasefire.

Iran is assured the opening assaults from Tel Aviv were mounted with total Washington understanding and coordination, making faith hard to reestablish.

Dialogue Continues the Final Solution

Araghchi stated: "It was not Iran that had deserted negotiations; it was the United States and the western countries that had repeatedly sought to impose their desires during the discussions. Diplomacy can still be viable and remains the final resolution to settle disagreements, but its criteria, guidelines and tenets must be adhered to."

"In case they address to the Iranian people with the language of dignity and honor, they will receive a reply in the equivalent tone."

Restoration and Recovery

In what is portrayed by Iran's diplomats as the battle of restoration and reconstruction, the foreign minister claimed he was assured Iran's defence capabilities "are much stronger than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year. Every aspect of our defense have been rebuilt. We gained multiple understandings from this conflict; we have discovered our own weaknesses and the weaknesses of the opponent."

He stated: "We managed to survive this engagement. Our atomic expertise, which they planned to eliminate, continues to exist. The sites and equipment, if damaged, will be reconstructed; what is important is the resolve of the citizens of Tehran and then the national cohesion that they targeted, but did not succeed to destroy. The citizens of Tehran have developed stronger, more cohesive, and more backing of the leadership and the country in the face of this assault."
